@Home: Branding the Revolution Within

Caught in the frenzy of the dot-com revolution, employees at @Home were too busy to bother with the company's valuable HR programs. The CoMotion team had an idea - Create a provocative internal brand program to cut through the clutter, and combine it with fast, convenient tools to make the benefits easy to access. Leveraging the company's external brand, we created @ease: Revolutionary Benefits. This internal brand spoke directly to employees with an attitude and style they could relate to. Then we redesigned @Home's enterprise portal, creating a super-intuitive architecture so employees could connect quickly to company resources. Augmented by posters and mailings, @ease ignited awareness of HR programs and united employees around a common culture.
